How do I register?

Can I exchange my item, size or shipping address?


Yes, to make changes to your order before it is shipped, send us an email at support@edkaycollection.co.uk or send us a live chat.




What does one size mean?


It means that there is only one size available for the item, generally a medium size to fit the majority of customers. However, please note that a Medium in Asia is approximately a Small in UK/Europe and extra small in the USA.

How do I check my order status?


Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number:

- Head to our website (www.edkaycollection.co.uk) and click on "My Account".
- Find the order which you want to track and you will see the tracking number and shipping courier.
- Use the tracking number to track on the website of shipping courier.




My order status is still "In Process", when will it be shipped?


Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Before we ship your order, we conduct strict Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure your product's quality prior to shipping. The processing time varies by location, depending on the specification of the product. Our average time and goal is to ship your order in 2-5 business days. All orders receive an email with confirmation of the shipment. In case of any question and unexpected delay you can always contact our customer service on support@edkaycollection or using the live chat feature.




What delivery companies do you use?


We only use safe and reputable delivery companies like DHL and Royal Mail




How can I contact your couriers?


You do not need to contact the courier once the order has shipped. You can track your order as described above. If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us first on support@edkaycollection.co.uk or through the live chat feature.




Do you provide International delivery?


Yes we deliver worldwide. if you are unsure, please send us a pre-purchase enquiry at support@edkaycollection.co.uk or use the live chat feature.




Is there any additional fee?


For most of the countries we ship to, our customers do not need to pay for importation fee, duties or VAT (Valued Added Tax). However for some countries, our customers may need to pay the duties or VAT according to your countries' levying rules.

How do I use a coupon?

I haven't received an Order Confirmation email


When we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation. In very exceptional circumstance where you do not receive an email, please send us an email at support@edkaycollection.co.uk or via live chat before placing another order for the same product.
