Shipping policy

Processing and Dispatch:

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, unless otherwise stated, processing and dispatch times are as follows:

·        2 weeks for suits,

·        3 to 4 weeks for mother of the bride and wedding outfits,

·        up to 4 to 6 weeks for custom-made, personalised items.

We will endeavour to process your order within the shortest possible time. Please note that deviations from this can easily occur (for example, due to temporary issues with fabric availability) but we will always make the best effort to process your order as fast as possible and keep you informed.

Any dispatch times quoted are in working days (excluding weekends and public or bank holidays) and may vary depending on the country that you are ordering from.

 Shipping:

Shipping times are not within our control as we do not control the courier and will be dependent on the courier's own services. Typical shipping times are as follows:

·        UK (Royal Mail signed for) - 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

·        Mainland Europe (Royal Mail tracked) - 5 - 11 business days after dispatch.

·        US/Canada (Royal Mail tracked) - 7 - 11 business days after dispatch.

·        Rest of the world (Royal Mail tracked) - 10 - 15 business days after dispatch.

International shipping:

If you order Products from us for delivery to a destination outside the UK:

1.      Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes

2.      You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law;

3.      If you return any Products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.
