Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, unless otherwise stated, processing and dispatch times are as follows:

  • 1 to 2 weeks for suits,
  • 2 to 3 weeks for mother of the bride and wedding outfits,
  • up to 4 to 6 weeks for custom-made, personalised items.

We will endeavour to process your order within the shorted possible time. The standard delivery time is specified for each purchased item in working days. Please note that deviations from this can easily occur but we will always make the best effort to process your order as fast as possible.

Any delivery times quoted are in working days (excluding weekends and public or bank holidays) and might vary depending on the country that you are ordering from. Shipping times are not within our control and will be dependent on the courier services.

International shipping:

If you order Products from us for delivery to a destination outside the UK:

  1. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes
  2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law;
  3. If you return any Products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.

Returns:

We believe you will love your purchase, but in the event that you do not, we will ensure any returns and cancellations are processed promptly.

  • You will need to pay for your return, you can find out the postage price at your local post office.
  • Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.
  • Please include a note with your name and order number in your return package
  • You've got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.
  • We will will provide a full refund if the returned item is in original unused condition with all tags in place.
  • We do not provide a refund in case of customised items made to the consumer's specifications.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if there are indications that the item has been worn for more than just fitting purposes:

  • Products which are not in the same conditions as they were delivered or which have been used beyond the mere opening shall not be returned or refunded.

  • A refund will be issued using the same method you used to make payment, and will only be issued when we confirm the products have been successfully received by us.


Please follow the procedure below for any returns:

  • Step 1: If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service first on edkaycollection@gmail.com or use the live chat feature; and only submit return request if the issue cannot b resolved.

  • Step 2: Go to My Account, click your Order History, select the right order number to initiate a return.

  • Step 3: Pack it up. Place your items (in unworn condition) and add your printed order number information inside the parcel. 

  • Step 4: Send it off. Affix your shipping/postage label to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). 

  • Please allow 10 to 25 business days for package in transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for us to process your return parcel once it arrives with us. You will receive a confirmation email you once we process your return.

 

 Exchanges:

Only standard-size items can be exchanged. Custom-made items cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first on edkaycollection@gmail.com to confirm if we are able to offer an exchange.

Once confirmed, please return your item following the procedure above and an exchange will be processed for you.

 

Cancellation:

We hope you will love your order, and if you do not, we do apologise.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours from the time of payment will be refunded in full. If your order is cancelled after it has shipped, a cancellation cannot be processed. Instead, please wait for the order to arrive and then follow the returns procedure described above. To cancel your order, please go to 'My Account' to initiate a cancellation.

Custom-made items cannot be cancelled.
